Why Reprogramming the Subconscious Mind is a Vital Key Pillar of IAT Coaching:

The reason why many people end up feeling “stuck” even while going to therapy is that most therapy modalities only deal with the conscious mind. The conscious cannot out will or overpower the subconscious for any extended amount of time, thus despite our best efforts we often fall into old patterns of thinking or repeat behaviors that don’t serve us. Our conscious thoughts are those that are intentional, logical and we are able to analyze. The mind is also highly dependent on the subconscious. Nearly all of our responses to things that continue to produce pain/feed a negative cycle are stored the subconscious or unconscious mind. The conscious mind needs specific tools to reprogram or change the current programming of the subconscious in order to see lasting results and dramatically improve our self-confidence.
