COACHING SERVICES

I offer a 14 week program based on Integrated Attachment Theory. Private, personalized one-on-one sessions are held weekly. Depending on your needs, you have the option of paying as you go for each session or paying for the full program up front at a discounted rate. All sessions take place via a secure virtual platform.

After an initial free 20-minute consultation and evaluation, we will start the guided journey together with a client intake and identify your attachment style(s). This is a great time for us to learn all about YOU and create an individualized plan based on your attachment style and core wounds.

We will use strategies to reprogram the subconscious mind (the key to lasting transformation) in order to illicit new coping mechanisms, behaviors and create a positive self -concept. I am here as a guide on your healing journey throughout the program. After 14 weeks, you’ll have the tools you need to navigate healthy relationships in addition to the one you’ve cultivated with yourself.

  • Attachment Theory is a highly researched evolutionary psychological approach to understanding relationship dynamics based on the principle that humans are wired for attachment and connection.

    Put simply, we all have an innate need for love and belonging… and we all have an attachment style: a subconscious set of rules for love and connection.

  • We develop and experience an attachment in one (or a combination) of the four attachment styles: Anxious Preoccupied, Fearful Avoidant (or Disorganized), Dismissive avoidant, and Secure Attachment. Our attachment styles form in childhood, with our primary caregivers (parents, siblings, Nannys, ect) who we depended on and had some type of emotional relationship with. Our attachment style stays with us into adulthood, which is why we often see similar patterns in our close relationships (ie if you had a parent who emotionally neglected you as a child it is very likely you will seek romantic relationships with emotionally unavailable partners).

  • We will be doing a deep dive into your attachment style in our first session and throughout the program. If you are excited to get started you can find out your attachment style through taking this QUIZ

  • Our attachment style is really just a subconscious set of rules that we have about love and connection. We can do all of the therapy, all of the reading on attachment styles and how to heal but we won’t really rewire our attachment style until we can tap into our subconscious and reprogram our stored beliefs about love, relationships and our self concept.

  • Although therapists and coaches often assist clients with similar problems there are some key differences to keep in mind. Therapy is a long term process meant for people who want to do a deep dive into their past over the course of numerous sessions. Coaching is designed to exclusively look at the clients current place in life to create a tailored action based plan to move a client forward and reach their goals in a specific set of sessions. Coaching is designed to be short term and teach clients skills they can use in order to coach themselves and be self sufficient.

  • It is a perfectly healthy and natural desire to be partnered. This program is designed to help you to achieve emotional security so when you are partnered you can show up as the best version of yourself. We all inevitably find ourselves single at some point in our lives. If you are tired of showing up to relationships feeling clingy, needy or that you are incomplete without a partner then this program will help you to become a more confident, and self-assured version of yourself in order to thrive as an individual as well as in a partnership.

    Special note for those currently going through heartbreak: breakups can be key pillars of your healing journey and are often times where healing is accelerated. This a great time to take advantage of coaching to further accelerate and guide your healing.
